The Office of the Attorney General is pleased to publish its Annual Report for the Financial Year 1st July 2025 to 30th June 2026.
The report highlights the Office’s continued commitment to upholding justice, protecting rights, promoting the rule of law, and strengthening public trust.
The report provides an overview of the Office’s prosecution of criminal cases, litigation of civil cases, issuance of legal opinions to the government, legal advocacy programs, and professional development activities for the government legal professionals. It also highlights the Office’s significant achievements, institutional linkages, and the performance and achievements of legal professionals across government agencies.
In addition, the report outlines the key challenges encountered during the reporting period and sets out the Office’s strategic priorities for strengthening legal governance, enhancing institutional capacity, and advancing the rule of law in service of the Tsa-Wa-Sum.
